Compliance With Applicable Legal Authorities. Each of the Companies and the BGS-FP Supplier are subject to, and shall comply with, all existing or future applicable federal, state and local laws, all existing or future duly promulgated orders or other duly-authorized actions of the MISO or of Applicable Legal Authorities that relate to or affect performance under this Agreement. Compliance by the Company with any Renewable Energy Portfolio Standards enacted, approved, required or ordered by the Applicable Legal Authorities shall not be deemed a breach or violation of this Agreement or an Event of Default under Section 5.1.
