Compliance With Applicable Legal Authorities. The Company and the Supplier are subject to, and shall comply with, all existing or future applicable federal, State and local laws, all existing or future duly-promulgated orders or other duly-authorized actions of the Board or of any other governmental authorities having applicable jurisdiction, and the requirements of the Third Party Supplier Agreement, if applicable to Supplier. The Parties shall provide services to each other under this Agreement consistent with any applicable federal, State or local statute, regulation, rule or order.
