Compliance with Applicable Requirements. In carrying out its obligations under this Agreement, the Administrator shall at all times comply with all applicable provisions of the 1940 Act, the provisions of the Company’s Registration Statement with respect to each Fund, the provisions of the Company’s Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, and any other applicable provisions of state or federal law.
