Common use of Compliance with arbitration award Clause in Contracts

Compliance with arbitration award. 1. If the arbitration panel finds that the measure of the Party complained against is inconsistent with its obligations under this Agreement, or that it has failed to carry out its obligations under this Agreement, the Party complained against shall take any measure necessary to promptly comply in good faith with the arbitration award. If immediate compliance is not possible, the Parties shall endeavour to agree on a reasonable period of time for compliance. If the Parties are unable to agree on a reasonable period of time within 45 days of the date of the issuance of the arbitration award, the complaining Party may request the original arbitration panel to determine the length of the reasonable period of time for compliance. The arbitration panel shall notify its determination to the Parties no later than 30 days after the date of the request.
