Compliance with Article IV. If (a) the Purchaser fails to comply with its obligations to deliver any assessment of servicing compliance or registered public accounting firm attestation reports required pursuant to this Article IV or (b) any Subcontractor engaged by the Purchaser fails to comply with its obligations to deliver any assessment of servicing compliance or registered public accounting firm attestation reports, the Master Servicer, may, after consultation with the Depositor, terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.04(a)(iv).
