Compliance with Authority. The Tenant agrees to observe and comply with any and all requirements of the City and with all federal, state or local laws, ordinances, regulations and standard rules applicable to the Tenant or its use of the Leased Premises, including by way of example, but not of limitation, all general rules and regulations promulgated from time to time by the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department.
