Common use of COMPLIANCE WITH BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS Clause in Contracts

COMPLIANCE WITH BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS. Rules and regulations governing the use and occupancy of the Premises and all other leased space in the Building have been adopted by Landlord for the mutual benefit and protection of all the tenants in the Building (as existing and modified from time to time, the “Rules and Regulations”). Tenant shall comply with and conform to the Rules and Regulations currently in effect, which are set forth on “Exhibit E” attached hereto. Landlord shall have the right to amend the Rules and Regulations or to make new Rules and Regulations from time to time in any reasonable manner upon at least ten (10) days prior written notice to the Tenant. Any such amendments or additions to the Rules and Regulations shall be set forth in writing and shall be given to Tenant, who shall thereafter comply with and conform to the same. The Landlord shall use its good faith and commercially reasonable efforts to apply the Rules and Regulations in an even-handed non-discriminatory manner to all tenants of the Building.

Landlord shall have the right to amend the Rules and Regulations or to make new Rules and Regulations from time to time in any reasonable manner upon at least ten (10) days prior written notice to the Tenantmanner. Any such amendments or additions to the Rules and Regulations shall be set forth in writing and shall be given to TenantTenant not later than thirty (30) days prior to such amendment or additions taking effect, who which shall thereafter comply with and conform to the same. The Landlord shall use its good faith apply all such Rules and commercially reasonable efforts Regulations to apply all tenants and occupants of the Building in a non-discriminating manner, and in the event of any conflict between the Rules and Regulations in an even-handed non-discriminatory manner to all tenants and the other provisions of the Buildingthis Lease, such other provision shall control.
