Compliance with Bulk Sales Laws. Without limiting the respective rights and obligations of the Parties pursuant to Article 7, the Parties hereby waive compliance by the Parties with the bulk sales laws and any other similar laws in any applicable jurisdiction in respect of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
