Compliance with Certain Executive Orders. To the extent that there is a final, non-appealable order stating that any Executive Orders relating to Government subcontractors apply to MSRC because of the contractual relationship between MSRC and the COMPANY, MSRC will comply with that final order. MSRC will not discriminate unlawfully in its hiring practices on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, mental or physical handicap, or veteran status.
