COMPLIANCE WITH CMP RULES. If the Project is located within the coastal zone established under Texas Natural Resources Code, Chapter 33, Grantee shall implement the Project in compliance with the CMP Rules and shall ensure that the performance of all Subcontractors is in compliance therewith.
