Compliance with Code Requirements. The Administrator will comply with all requirements of the Code and other applicable tax laws with respect to the withholding from any payments made by it on any Certificates of any applicable back-up withholding taxes or other withholding taxes imposed thereon and with respect to any applicable information reporting requirements (e.g., Form 1099-B) in connection therewith; provided however, that with respect to any applicable withholding and reporting requirements relating to original issue discount or market discount, Xxxxxxx Mac will provide the Administrator with any calculations pertaining thereto.
