Common use of Compliance with Codes and Ordinances Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Codes and Ordinances. User shall comply with all laws of the United States, the State of Florida, all ordinances of Palm Beach County, the City and all rules and requirementsofthelocal policeandfiredepartments,andwillpayanytaxesorfeesduetoanyauthorityarising out of User's useofthe Reserved Area and this Agreement.

User shall comply with all laws of the United States, the State of Florida, all ordinances of Palm Beach County, the City Xxxxxxx County and all rules and requirementsofthelocal policeandfiredepartments,andwillpayanytaxesorfeesduetoanyauthorityarising requirements of the local police and fire departments and will pay any taxes or fees due to any authority arising out of User's useofthe use of the Reserved Area and this Agreement.
