Compliance with Contract Requirements Sample Clauses
The "Compliance with Contract Requirements" clause obligates parties to adhere strictly to the terms, specifications, and standards set forth in the contract. In practice, this means that all work performed, goods delivered, or services provided must meet the agreed-upon criteria, and any deviations may be considered a breach of contract. This clause ensures that both parties are clear on their obligations and helps prevent disputes by setting enforceable expectations for performance and quality.
