Common use of Compliance with Covenants and Agreements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Covenants and Agreements. Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of its covenants, agreements and obligations under this Agreement which are to be performed or complied with by it at or prior to the Closing, including the execution and/or delivery of the documents, instruments and agreements specified in Section 4.2 hereof, or in such documents, instruments and agreements, all of which shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to counsel for Seller.

Compliance with Covenants and Agreements. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of its covenants, agreements and obligations under this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements which are to be performed or complied with by it at or prior to the Closing, including the execution and/or and delivery of the documents, instruments and agreements Ancillary Documents specified in Section 4.2 2.4(c) hereof, or in such documents, instruments and agreements, all of which shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to counsel for Seller.

Purchaser Seller and Member shall have performed and complied with all of its their respective covenants, agreements and obligations under this Agreement which are to be performed or complied with by it them at or prior to the Closing, including the execution and/or delivery of the documents, instruments and agreements specified in Section 4.2 4.1 hereof, or in such documents, instruments and agreements, all of which shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to counsel for SellerPurchaser.
