Common use of Compliance with Covenants and Agreements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Covenants and Agreements. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of its covenants, agreements and obligations under this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements which are to be performed or complied with by it at or prior to the Closing, including the execution and delivery of the Ancillary Documents specified in Section 2.4(c) hereof.
