Common use of Compliance with CPUC General Orders Clause in Contracts

Compliance with CPUC General Orders. ‌ In addition to Licensee’s obligation to maintain compliance with all other Laws, Licensee shall conduct all activities on the License Area in accordance with all applicable CPUC general orders, which includes without limitation CPUC General Order 95 and CPUC General Order 128 as those orders may be amended or superseded in the future, and all other rules, regulations and other requirements adopted or enacted by the CPUC.
