Compliance with EHS Law. 2.1 Each Group Company and its officers, agents and employees comply, and have at all times complied in all material respects with EHS Law in operating its money transfer business.
Compliance with EHS Law. So far as the Seller is aware, the Company materially complies and has at all times in the last two years materially complied with EHS Law in operating the business of the Company.
Compliance with EHS Law. 23.1 No Group Member has in the four years preceding the date of this agreement, received any communication in any form from any relevant authority from which it appears that it may be or is alleged to be in breach of EHS Law, or where failure to comply with such communication is likely to constitute a breach of EHS Law or where compliance with such communication could be secured by further proceedings by such relevant authority.
Compliance with EHS Law. 22.1 So far as the Managers are aware, each member of the Target Group is currently in material compliance with EHS Law and, so far as the Managers are aware, prior to the date of this Agreement each member of the Target Group has materially complied with EHS Law in operating the business of that respective member of the Target Group, provided that this warranty shall not apply to any past non-compliance or breach where such past non-compliance or breach has been wholly remedied or otherwise corrected.
Compliance with EHS Law. 9.3.1. To the Vendor's knowledge, each Group Member and its officers, agents and employees comply and have at all times complied in all material respects with EHS Law.
Compliance with EHS Law. 22.1 So far as the Warrantors are aware, each Group Company and its officers, agents and employees and the Properties comply in all material respects with EHS Law and, so far as the Warrantors are aware, there are no current facts or circumstances which prevent or interfere with compliance with any EHS Laws.
Compliance with EHS Law. 24.2.1 The Company and its officers, agents and employees comply and have at all times complied with EHS Law.
Compliance with EHS Law. The Company has not received any material communication from any relevant authority from which it appears that it is alleged to be in breach of EHS Law, or where failure to comply with such communication could reasonably be expected to constitute a breach of EHS Law.
Compliance with EHS Law. 16.1 So far as each Share Seller is aware, no works or costs are currently necessary to obtain or secure compliance with or maintain any EHS Permit, or otherwise to comply in all material respects with EHS Law.
Compliance with EHS Law. 8.2.1. The Seller and its officers, agents and employees comply and have at all times complied with EHS Law in operating the Business.
