Plant etc. The plant and machinery, vehicles, fixtures and fittings, furniture, tools and other equipment used in connection with the business of the Company are in a good and safe state of repair and condition and satisfactory working order
Plant etc. So far as the First Vendor is aware, the plant and machinery, vehicles, fixtures and fittings, furniture, tools and other equipment used in the business of the Company are in a reasonable state of repair and condition having regard to their age and use and are in adequate working order and none of such plant etc is out of date or dangerous, or in need of renewal involving expenditure in excess of three hundred thousand guilders or fails to comply in all material respects with legally binding safety standards.
Plant etc. The plant and machinery, vehicles, fixtures and fittings, furniture, tools and other equipment used in connection with the business of each Group Member are in satisfactory working order and have been regularly maintained and are materially in accordance with any safety regulations usually observed in relation to them.
Plant etc. The plant and machinery, vehicles, fixtures and fittings, furniture, tools and other equipment used in connection with the business of each Group Member:
15.1 Are, subject to normal wear and tear, in good and safe state of repair and condition and satisfactory working order and have been regularly maintained to a good standard and in accordance with any safety regulations usually observed in relation to them;
15.2 are capable and will (subject to fair wear and tear) be capable throughout the period of time during which they will be written down to a nil value (at the rates adopted in the Accounts) of meeting the needs for which they were designed or acquired; and
15.3 are fully and accurately recorded in the plant register.
Plant etc. The plant and machinery, vehicles, fixtures and fittings, furniture, tools and other equipment which is necessary to carry on the business of each member of the Target Group are, so far as the Managers are aware:
Plant etc. The plant and machinery, vehicles, fixtures and fittings, furniture, tools and other equipment used in connection with the business of the Company have (where appropriate) been regularly serviced and maintained and the Vendors are not aware that any such plant and machinery, vehicles, fixtures and fittings, furniture, tools and other equipment is not in a good and safe state of repair and condition and in satisfactory working order.
Plant etc. The plant and machinery, vehicles, fixtures and fittings, furniture, tools and other equipment used by the Company for the purposes of the business of the Company so far as the Seller is aware are in satisfactory working order and are capable of being used for the purposes for which they are currently being used by the Company.
Plant etc. The plant and machinery, vehicles, fixtures and fittings, furniture, tools and other equipment used in connection with the business of each Hyprotech Company have been maintained to a good standard.
Plant etc. 6.1 The plant and machinery which is necessary to the business of a Group Member and/or the Group as a whole is, so far as the Seller is aware, in a satisfactory and normal state of repair and condition having regard to its age and the use to which it has been put. So far as the Seller is aware, such plant and machinery is validly owned by the Group or used pursuant to a valid license, in each case free and clear of any Encumbrance.

13.1 are in a good and safe state of repair and condition and satisfactory working order and have been maintained to a reasonable technical standard and in accordance with safety regulations usually observed in relation to them;
13.1 are capable and will (subject to fair wear and tear) be capable over the periods of time during which they will be written down to a nil value (at the rates adopted in the Accounts) of meeting the needs for which they were designed or purchased; and
13.2 are accurately recorded in the plant register a copy of which is enclosed with the Disclosure Letter.
