Common use of Compliance with Employ American Workers Act Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Employ American Workers Act. The Company shall agree to comply, and take all necessary action to ensure that any Company Subsidiary complies, in all respects with the provisions of EESA and any federal law respecting EESA, including the Employ American Workers Act (Section 1611 of Division A, Title XVI of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009), Public Law No. 111-5, effective as of February 17, 2009, as implemented by any rules, regulation or guidance thereunder, as such may be amended or supplemented from time to time, and any applicable guidance of the United States Department of the Treasury with respect thereto.
