Compliance with Environmental Law; Cooperation; Sharing of Costs. 16.1.1 Tenant, at its sole cost, shall comply with all Environmental Laws applicable to Tenant’s occupancy, use, or activities at the Premises. 16.1.2 Tenant shall use reasonable efforts to cooperate with Landlord in Landlord’s efforts to comply with Environmental Laws. Unless otherwise explicitly set forth in this Sublease Agreement, Tenant, at its sole cost, shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all permits necessary for Tenant’s occupancy, use, or activities on or about the Premises.
