Compliance with Environmental Laws and Approvals. except as may already have been disclosed by the Borrowers in writing to, and acknowledged in writing by, the Agent: (a) the Borrowers and the other Relevant Parties and, to the best of the Borrowers’ knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), their respective Environmental Affiliates have complied with the provisions of all Environmental Laws; (b) the Borrowers and the other Relevant Parties and, to the best of the Borrowers’ knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), their respective Environmental Affiliates have obtained all Environmental Approvals and are in compliance with all such Environmental Approvals; and (c) neither the Borrowers nor any other Relevant Party nor, to the best of the Borrowers’ knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), any of their respective Environmental Affiliates has received notice of any Environmental Claim that the Borrowers or any other Relevant Party or any such Environmental Affiliate is not in compliance with any Environmental Law or any Environmental Approval;

Compliance with Environmental Laws and Approvals. except as may already have been disclosed by the Borrowers in writing to, and acknowledged in writing by, the Agent: (a) the Borrowers and the other Relevant Parties and, to the best of the Borrowers’ ' knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), their respective Environmental Affiliates have complied with the provisions of all Environmental Laws; (b) the Borrowers and the other Relevant Parties and, to the best of the Borrowers’ ' knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), their respective Environmental Affiliates have obtained all Environmental Approvals and are in compliance with all such Environmental Approvals; and (c) neither the Borrowers nor any other Relevant Party nor, to the best of the Borrowers’ ' knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), any of their respective Environmental Affiliates has received notice of any Environmental Claim that the Borrowers or any other Relevant Party or any such Environmental Affiliate is not in compliance with any Environmental Law or any Environmental Approval;

Compliance with Environmental Laws and Approvals. except as may already have been disclosed by the Borrowers Borrower in writing to, and acknowledged in writing by, the AgentBank: (a) the Borrowers Borrower and the other Relevant Parties and, to the best of the Borrowers’ Borrower's knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), their respective Environmental Affiliates have complied with the provisions of all Environmental Laws; (b) the Borrowers Borrower and the other Relevant Parties and, to the best of the Borrowers’ Borrower's knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), their respective Environmental Affiliates have obtained all Environmental Approvals and are in compliance with all such Environmental Approvals; and (c) neither the Borrowers Borrower nor any other Relevant Party nor, to the best of the Borrowers’ Borrower's knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), any of their respective Environmental Affiliates has received notice of any Environmental Claim that the Borrowers Borrower or any other Relevant Party or any such Environmental Affiliate is not in compliance with any Environmental Law or any Environmental Approval;

Compliance with Environmental Laws and Approvals. except as may already have been disclosed by the Borrowers Borrower in writing to, and acknowledged in writing by, the AgentBank: (a) the Borrowers Borrower and the other Relevant Parties and, to the best of the Borrowers’ Borrower’s knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), their respective Environmental Affiliates have complied with the provisions of all Environmental Laws; (b) the Borrowers Borrower and the other Relevant Parties and, to the best of the Borrowers’ Borrower’s knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), their respective Environmental Affiliates have obtained all Environmental Approvals and are in compliance with all such Environmental Approvals; and (c) neither the Borrowers Borrower nor any other Relevant Party nor, to the best of the Borrowers’ Borrower’s knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), any of their respective Environmental Affiliates has have received notice of any Environmental Claim that the Borrowers Borrower or any other Relevant Party or any such Environmental Affiliate is not in compliance with any Environmental Law or any Environmental Approval;

Compliance with Environmental Laws and Approvals. except as may already have been disclosed by the Borrowers Guarantor in writing to, and acknowledged in writing by, the Agent: (a) the Borrowers Guarantor and the other Relevant Parties and, to the best of the Borrowers’ Guarantor's knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), their respective Environmental Affiliates have complied with the provisions of all Environmental Laws; (b) the Borrowers Guarantor and the other Relevant Parties and, to the best of the Borrowers’ Guarantor's knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), their respective Environmental Affiliates have obtained all Environmental Approvals and are in compliance with all such Environmental Approvals; and (c) neither the Borrowers Guarantor nor any other Relevant Party nor, to the best of the Borrowers’ Guarantor's knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), any of their respective Environmental Affiliates has have received notice of any Environmental Claim that the Borrowers Guarantor or any other Relevant Party or any such Environmental Affiliate is not in compliance with any Environmental Law or any Environmental Approval;

Compliance with Environmental Laws and Approvals. except as may already have been disclosed by the Borrowers in writing to, and acknowledged in writing by, the Facility Agent: (a) the Borrowers and the other Relevant Parties and, to the best of the Borrowers’ knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), their respective Environmental Affiliates have complied with the provisions of all Environmental Laws; (b) the Borrowers and the other Relevant Parties and, to the best of the Borrowers’ knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), their respective Environmental Affiliates have obtained all Environmental Approvals and are in compliance with all such Environmental Approvals; and (c) neither none of the Borrowers nor any other Relevant Party nor, to the best of the Borrowers’ knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), nor any of their respective Environmental Affiliates has received notice of any Environmental Claim that the Borrowers or any other Relevant Party or any such Environmental Affiliate is not in compliance with any Environmental Law or any Environmental Approval;

Compliance with Environmental Laws and Approvals. except as may already have been disclosed by the Borrowers in writing to, and acknowledged in writing by, the AgentAgent and/or the Arranger: (a) the Borrowers and the other Relevant Parties and, to the best of the Borrowers’ ' knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), any of their respective Environmental Affiliates have complied with the provisions of all Environmental Laws; (b) the Borrowers and the other Relevant Parties and, to the best of the Borrowers’ ' knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), any of their respective Environmental Affiliates have obtained all Environmental Approvals and are is in compliance with all such Environmental Approvals; and (c) neither the Borrowers nor any other Relevant Party nor, to the best of the Borrowers’ ' knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), any of their respective Environmental Affiliates has have received notice of any Environmental Claim that the Borrowers or any other Relevant Party or any such Environmental Affiliate is not in compliance with any Environmental Law or any Environmental Approval;
