Common use of Compliance with Environmental Laws and Approvals Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Environmental Laws and Approvals. to the best of the knowledge and belief of each Borrower and its officers: (a) all Environmental Laws applicable to each Ship have been complied with and all consents, licences and approvals required under such Environmental Laws have been obtained and complied with; (b) no Environmental Claim has been made or threatened or is pending against a Borrower or against any Environmental Affiliate or any Ship; and (c) there has been no Environmental Incident in respect of a Ship or any other vessel owned by, or chartered to, any Borrower which could give rise to an Environmental Claim;

Compliance with Environmental Laws and Approvals. to (a) the best of the knowledge and belief of each Borrower and its officers:Environmental Affiliates have complied with the provisions of all Environmental Laws; (ab) all Environmental Laws applicable to each Ship have been complied with and all consents, licences and approvals required under such Environmental Laws have been obtained and complied with; (bc) no Environmental Claim has been made or threatened or is pending against a Borrower or against any Environmental Affiliate or any Ship; and (cd) there has been no Environmental Incident in respect of a Ship or any other vessel owned by, or chartered to, any Borrower or any of their Environmental Affiliates which could give rise to an Environmental Claim;
