Compliance with Environmental Transfer Statutes. Seller shall, at its own cost and expense, be responsible for complying with the notice requirements of any Environmental Laws regarding the sale or transfer of the Business Facilities, including, but not limited to, in each case, to the extent possible, prior to the Closing Date.
