Compliance with Export Controls. Company agrees to comply with all applicable export laws and restrictions and regulations and not to export or re-export any Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx intellectual property (i) into (or to a national or resident of) any country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (ii) to any person on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Denied Person’s List.
