Except as specified in Schedule 7.4, the operation of the Stations and all of the Stations Assets are in compliance in all material respects with: (a) all applicable engineering standards required to be met under applicable FCC rules; and (b) all other applicable federal, state and local rules, regulations, requirements and policies, including, but not limited to, equal employment opportunity policies of the FCC, and all applicable painting and lighting requirements of the FCC and the Federal Aviation Administration to the extent required to be met under applicable FCC rules and regulations, and to the best of Seller's knowledge, there are no filed claims to the contrary.
