Common use of Compliance with FCC Regulations Clause in Contracts

Compliance with FCC Regulations. The operation of the Station is and all of the Contributed Assets are in compliance in all material respects with (i) all applicable engineering standards required to be met under applicable FCC rules and (ii) all other applicable rules, regulations, requirements and policies of the FCC, including, but not limited to, ANSI Radiation Standards C95.1 - 1982 to the extent required to be met under applicable FCC rules and regulations; and there are no existing claims known to the Liberty Entities to the contrary.

Compliance with FCC Regulations. The operation of the Station is and all of the Contributed Assets are in compliance in all material respects with (i) all applicable engineering standards required to be met under applicable FCC rules and (ii) all other applicable rules, regulations, requirements and policies of the FCC, including, but not limited to, ANSI Radiation Standards C95.1 - 1982 to the extent required to be met under applicable FCC rules and regulations; and there are no existing claims known to the Liberty Entities SFX to the contrary.

The operation of the Station is Stations and all of the Contributed Station Assets are in compliance in all material respects with (i) all material applicable engineering standards required to be met under applicable FCC rules rules, and (ii) all other applicable rules, regulations, requirements and policies of the FCC, including, but not limited to, ANSI Radiation Standards C95.1 - 1982 to the extent required to be met under applicable FCC rules and regulations; and there are no existing claims known to the Liberty Entities Seller to the contrary.

The operation of the Station Stations is and all of the Contributed Partnership Assets are in compliance in all material respects with (i) all applicable engineering standards required to be met under applicable FCC rules and (ii) all other applicable rules, regulations, requirements and policies of the FCC, including, but not limited to, ANSI Radiation Standards C95.1 - 1982 to the extent required to be met under applicable FCC rules and regulations; and there are no existing claims known to the Liberty Entities Sellers to the contrary.

The operation of the Station is and all of the Contributed Station Assets are in compliance in all material respects with with: (ia) all applicable engineering standards required to be met under applicable FCC rules rules; and (iib) all other applicable federal, state and local rules, regulations, requirements and policies of the FCCpolicies, including, but not limited to, equal employment opportunity policies of the FCC, all applicable painting and lighting requirements of the FCC and the Federal Aviation Administration and ANSI Radiation Standards C95.1 - 1982 1992 to the extent required to be met under applicable FCC rules and regulations; , and to the best of Seller's knowledge, there are no existing claims known to the Liberty Entities to the contrary.

The operation of the Station is and all of the Contributed Station Assets are in compliance in all material respects with with: (ia) all applicable engineering standards required to be met under applicable FCC rules rules; and (iib) all other applicable federal, state and local rules, regulations, requirements and policies of the FCCpolicies, including, but not limited to, ANSI Radiation Standards C95.1 - 1982 equal employment opportunity policies of the FCC, and all applicable painting and lighting requirements of the FCC and the Federal Aviation Administration to the extent required to be met under applicable FCC rules and regulations; , and to the best of Seller's knowledge, there are no existing filed claims known to the Liberty Entities to the contrary.
