Compliance with Federal Contractor Requirements. Employee acknowledges and agrees that the Company has established certain policies required by its status as a federal contractor and agrees to abide and be bound by such policies including, but not limited to: (i) the provisions of the anti-drug policies prohibiting the manufacture, distribution, disposition, possession, or use of a controlled substance in the workplace; and (ii) the governmental policies prohibiting payments to influence federal officials set forth in F.A.R. 52.203-12 entitled “Limitation on Payments to Influence Certain Federal Transactions”.
