COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. The Grantee acknowledges that funding is being provided under the Agreement with federal grant funds. The Grantee and the Department shall comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations related to the receipt of funds under the Clean Water Act: Sec. 319(h) Nonpoint Source Implementation Program. The Grantee agrees to comply with the Conditions of Financial Assistance Award, attached hereto as Attachment D and expressly incorporated into and made part of the Agreement.
