Compliance with Federal Laws. Contractor understands and acknowledges the applicability of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 and the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1989 to it. The Contractor agrees to comply with these laws in performing this Agreement and to permit the City to verify such compliance.
