Compliance with Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, Etc. 1. The Qualified Person shall, in selling the shares of common stock of the Corporation, which such Qualified Person has acquired upon exercise of the Stock Acquisition Rights, comply with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act of Japan, any other applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to applicable U.S. laws, and the Rules for Prevention of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx established by the Corporation.
