Compliance With Foundation Policies and Applicable Law. The Ministry shall (i) comply with all policies and procedures established by the Foundation, from time to time, relating to the issuance and administration of charitable gift annuities including but not limited to the written approval from the Foundation of all charitable gift annuity marketing material; (ii) comply with all laws, rules and regulations established by any state and federal governmental authorities, relating to the issuance and administration of charitable gift annuities; and (iii) provide to each Donor truthful and accurate disclosures of all material information relating to the issuance and administration of the Annuity for each applicable Donor.
