Common use of Compliance with Government Regulations Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Government Regulations. Tenant shall, at its cost, comply with, including the making by Tenant of any Alteration to the Premises, all present and future regulations, rules, laws, ordinances, and requirements of all governmental authorities (including state, municipal, County and federal governments and their departments, bureaus, boards and officials) arising from the use or occupancy of the Premises.

Tenant shall, at its costown cost and expense, promptly and properly observe and comply with, including the making by Tenant of any Alteration to the Premises, all present and future orders, regulations, directions, rules, laws, ordinances, ordinances and requirements of all governmental authorities (including including, without limitation, state, municipal, County county and federal governments and their departments, bureaus, boards and officials) arising from the use or occupancy of, or applicable to, the Premises or privileges appurtenant to or in connection with the enjoyment of the Premises.
