Common use of Compliance with Government Requirements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Government Requirements. In carrying out its responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement, the Participating State shall comply with the Act, Treasury regulations or other requirements prescribed by Treasury pursuant to the Act, and applicable provisions of the grants management common rule referenced in the attachment to OMB Circular A-102 (“Grants and Cooperative Agreements with State and Local Governments”), which are incorporated herein by reference. The Participating State also shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, and OMB Circulars, including, but not limited to, the regulations at 31 C.F.R. Part 21, related to lobbying.
