Compliance with Government Rules and Regulations. The Fund and UBSTC, in providing services under this Agreement, undertake to comply with all applicable requirements of the United States and Puerto Rico securities laws, including the 1940 Act, the Securities Act of 1933, as amended and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), and any other laws, rules and regulations of governmental authorities that may have jurisdiction with respect to the duties to be performed by UBSTC hereunder. Except as specifically set forth herein, UBSTC assumes no responsibility for such compliance by the Fund.
