Common use of Compliance with Government Rules and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Government Rules and Regulations. With respect to each respective Fund, PFPC Trust undertakes to comply with all applicable requirements of the 1933 Act, the 1934 Act, the 1940 Act, and the CEA and with the requirements of such other laws that are applicable to the duties to be performed by PFPC Trust with respect to such Fund hereunder as are reasonably requested of PFPC by such Fund and as are acceptable to PFPC Trust (such acceptance by PFPC Trust not to be unreasonably withheld). Except as stated herein, PFPC Trust assumes no responsibility for compliance by a Fund or any other entity with respect to any requirements applicable to the Fund or any other entity.
