Compliance with Gxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act of 1999. With respect to each Mortgage Loan and the related Mortgagor, each party shall comply with Title V of the Gxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act of 1999 and all applicable regulations and guidelines promulgated thereunder, and shall provide all notices required of the party thereunder.
