Common use of Compliance with Health Requirements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Health Requirements. The Lessee will at the Lessee's cost comply with the requirements of any Authorities (including health authorities) relating to the use of the Premises for the storage, preparation and sale of food, and at all times when trading from the Premises maintain, and display at the Premises, the relevant 'A Grade' Food Safety Certificate . In the event of any breach of this clause 16.1 by the Lessee the Lessor may, at the expense of the Lessee, take such action as it deems necessary to remedy such breach.
