Compliance With HIPAA Transaction Rule. Subcontractor and its agents or subcontractors shall conduct every Transaction (as that term is defined in 45 C.F.R. pt. 160.103) subject to the Standards for Electronic Transactions codified at 45 C.F.R. pt. 162.900-162.1802 (the “HIPAA Transaction Rule”) in compliance with the HIPAA Transaction Rule.
