Compliance with HIPAA. a) HIPAA Compliance. The privacy and security regulations issued under Privacy and Security Regulations govern the use and disclosure of an individual’s Protected Health Information (as defined by the Privacy and Security Regulations). The parties intend to comply with the applicable requirements of the Privacy and Security Regulations in connection with this Agreement.
