Common use of Compliance with Hospital Rules and Medical Staff Bylaws Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Hospital Rules and Medical Staff Bylaws. Each Group Practitioner shall comply with the bylaws, rules, regulations, guidelines and policies and procedures of Hospital and the Medical Staff (collectively, the “Hospital Rules”) applicable to Group Practitioner, the Coverage Services, or the obligations of Group Practitioner under this Agreement, including, without limitation, such Hospital Rules regarding response time, transfers, consults, follow-up care and relationships to Department physicians.
