COMPLIANCE WITH IRS GUIDELINES. Any improvement or modification to the Premises shall satisfy the requirements set forth in Sections 4(4).02 and .03 of Revenue Procedure 75-21, 1975-1 C.B. 715, as modified by Revenue Procedure 79-48, 1979-2 C.B. 529. Landlord reserves the right to refuse to consent to any improvement or modification to the Premises if, in its judgment, such improvement or modification does not meet the foregoing requirements.
