COMPLIANCE WITH LAND TITLE CONDITIONS. The Chargor(s) shall comply with and observe all the conditions, restrictions and category of land use, express or implied imposed upon relating to or affecting the Property or to which the Property is subject as well as the provisions of any Act of Parliament, Ordinance or Enactment for the time being in force and of any rules or orders made thereunder affecting the same.
