Compliance with Law and Agreements; Third Party Consents. The Lenders shall be reasonably satisfied with the VSE Entities’ capital structure, and that (a) the Loan shall be in full compliance with all legal requirements and bank regulations, (b) all regulatory and third-party consents and approvals required to be obtained have been obtained, and (c) the VSE Entities shall have performed all agreements theretofore to be performed by the VSE Entities.
