Common use of Compliance with Law and Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Law and Other Agreements. Except where the failure to do so would not have a Material Adverse Effect, Borrower shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain its business operations and property owned or used in connection therewith in compliance with (a) all applicable Requirements of Law, and (b) all instruments, documents and agreements to which Borrower or such Subsidiary is a party or by which Borrower or such Subsidiary or any of its properties is bound. Without limiting the foregoing, Borrower shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, pay all of its Indebtedness promptly in accordance with the terms thereof.
