Common use of Compliance with Law and Policies Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Law and Policies. (i) Comply with all Requirements of Law, the provisions of the Transaction Documents and all other material Contractual Obligations applicable to the Company except where the failure to so comply would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and (ii) Perform its obligations in accordance with the Policies, as amended from time to time in accordance with the Transaction Documents, in regard to the Receivables and the Receivables Assets.

Compliance with Law and Policies. (iib) Perform its obligations in accordance with the Policies, as amended from time to time in accordance with the Transaction Documents, in regard to the Receivables originated by it and the Receivables other Receivable Assets.

Compliance with Law and Policies. (i) Comply with all Requirements of Law, the provisions of the Transaction Documents and all other material Contractual Obligations applicable to the Company except where the failure to so comply would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse EffectCompany; and (ii) Perform Cause each of the Sellers to perform its respective obligations in accordance and compliance with the Policies, as amended from time to time in accordance with the Transaction Documents, in regard to the Receivables and the Receivables AssetsRelated Property.

(i) Comply with all Requirements of Law, the provisions of the Transaction Documents and all other material Contractual Obligations Law applicable to the Company except where to the extent that failure to so comply would not be reasonably be expected likely to have a Material Adverse Effect; and. (ii) Perform its obligations obligations, and cause each Seller to perform its obligations, in accordance with and comply with the Policies, as amended from time to time in accordance with the Transaction Documents, in regard to the Receivables and the Receivables AssetsRelated Property except to the extent that failure to so comply would not be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect with respect to the Company or such Seller.
