Compliance with Law and Standards of Operation. The parties shall be subject to and comply with the Constitutions of the United States of America and the State of Texas, all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including the rules and regulations of any and all agencies thereof, whether presently in force or whether enacted or adopted at any time in the future.
