Common use of Compliance with Law and Xxxxxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Law and Xxxxxxxxx. Xxx Guidelines. Company will comply, at its own expense, with all laws, policies, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, rules applicable to Company, its business or the Transactions and/or orders of any governmental authority or regulatory body having jurisdiction over the subject matter hereof. Company acknowledges that Company, and not Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx, is responsible for the security of Cardholder Data while in Company’s possession. At all times during the term of the Agreement, Company will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and Payment Network rules, including, without limitation, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). In addition, Company shall comply with all the current policies, procedures and guidelines of Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx governing the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services. Company shall not use the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services in any manner, or in furtherance of any activity that may cause Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx to be subject to investigation, prosecution, or legal action.
