Compliance with Law At. all times during construction of the Project and operation of the Sewerage System, the Municipality shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, permits, and approvals, and with this FAA, including, without limitation, the Statute, the Regulations, and the WPDES Permit.
