Compliance with Law, Etc. No practice, procedure or policy employed or proposed to be employed by the Trust in the conduct of its business violates any law, regulation, judgment, agreement, order or decree applicable to the Trust which, if enforced, would result in a Material Adverse Change with respect to the Trust.
