Compliance with law or regulatory requirement. Regardless of any other term of this Contract, if this Contract or any part of it puts or would put either of us in breach of any law or regulatory requirement, then both of us shall use our reasonable efforts to change the relevant terms of this Contract so that it does comply with that law or regulatory requirement.
