The Contractor and all of its employees or agents shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, including but not limited to all applicable laws and regulations governing the bidding process, and shall secure and maintain in force such licenses and permits as are required by law, in connection with furnishing of goods, services, or installation hereunder.
